These Terms of Use govern access to and use of TubeCalendar, a platform for content planning, editorial calendar management, text generation, prompts, thumbnail concepts and artificial intelligence features for content creators.

You agree to provide true, current and complete information, and to update such information when necessary.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use TubeCalendar only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent or abusive activities;

5. Plans, credits and limits
TubeCalendar may offer a free plan, paid plans, individual credits and subscriptions. Each plan may have its own limits, including the number of calendar posts, AI generations, thumbnails and channels.
Credits are used for features that consume AI or external APIs. The calendar may have plan-based limits, but it does not necessarily consume credits for each scheduled post.
Limits, prices and features may change over time, with appropriate communication when applicable.
6. AI-generated content
TubeCalendar may generate texts, prompts, ideas, descriptions, tags and thumbnail concepts with the support of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies or unsuitable suggestions.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating and adapting any generated content before publishing it on channels, social networks, videos, ads or external pages.
7. Responsibility for published content
You are solely responsible for any content you create, save, export or publish using TubeCalendar, including titles, descriptions, images, videos, tags, prompts and campaign data.
8. YouTube integration
In the future, TubeCalendar may offer YouTube integration. This integration will depend on user authorization through a Google account and specific permissions.
TubeCalendar should only perform actions on a connected channel when authorized by the user and within the permissions granted.
9. Payments and billing
When paid plans or credits become available, payments may be processed by third-party providers. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing credits, you agree to the price, period, limits and conditions shown at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically, depending on the checkout model selected and the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
10. Cancellation
Users may cancel a subscription according to the method provided by the platform or by the payment processor. Cancellation does not necessarily imply an automatic refund for periods already started or used.
11. Refunds
Refund rules are described in TubeCalendar's Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase and the rules of the payment processor may also apply.
12. Intellectual property
TubeCalendar, its brand, interface, structure, texts, design, flows, code and visual elements belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, clone or commercially exploit the platform without authorization.
Content created by the user inside the platform remains the user's responsibility, subject to third-party rights and applicable laws.
13. Service availability
We work to keep TubeCalendar available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service or compatibility with all devices, browsers or external integrations.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeCalendar will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, third-party failures, decisions made based on AI-generated content or expected results on platforms such as YouTube, Google, social networks or marketplaces.
15. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, attempt to bypass limits, commit fraud or put the security of the service and other users at risk.
16. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TubeCalendar after changes indicates acceptance of the updated version.
