This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, credits, subscriptions and possible refunds work in relation to TubeCalendar.

This policy should be reviewed before the final commercial launch, especially after choosing the payment provider, such as Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe or another processor.

1. Free plan

TubeCalendar may offer a free plan with usage limits. Since the free plan does not involve payment, no refund applies to this plan.

2. Individual credits

Credits may be used for AI features, text generation, prompts, thumbnail concepts and other paid functionalities.

Because digital credits may be consumed immediately after purchase, credits that have already been used are generally not refundable.

Unused credits may be reviewed for a refund if the request is made within the period stated at the time of purchase and provided there is no indication of abuse, fraud or violation of the Terms of Use.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions provide access to limits and features during the contracted period. The user may cancel future renewals according to the options provided by the platform or by the payment processor.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges, but does not necessarily guarantee an automatic refund for a period that has already started or been used.

4. Refund requests

To request a refund review, contact us at: support@tubecalendar.com.

Please include in your request:

  • Email used in your TubeCalendar account;
  • Approximate date of purchase;
  • Plan or package purchased;
  • Reason for the request;
  • Receipt or transaction identification, when available.

5. Cases where a refund may be denied

A refund may be denied when:

  • Credits have already been consumed;
  • There was significant use of the service during the contracted period;
  • The request was made outside the applicable period;
  • There was a violation of the Terms of Use;
  • There are signs of fraud, abuse, improper chargeback or attempts to bypass limits;
  • The reported issue depends on external platforms such as YouTube, Google, AI providers or payment processors.

6. Technical failures

If a proven technical failure prevents the use of the contracted service, TubeCalendar may, at its discretion:

  • Restore credits;
  • Extend the access period;
  • Fix the issue;
  • Review a partial or full refund.

7. Changes to prices and plans

TubeCalendar may change prices, plans and credit packages. Changes do not affect purchases already completed, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase or required by law.

8. Payment processors

When real payments are enabled, refund requests may also be subject to the rules, deadlines and procedures of the selected payment processor.

9. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback without attempting to contact support first may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. This does not limit mandatory legal rights, when applicable.
