What is TubeCalendar?
TubeCalendar is a platform for content creators to plan videos, organize an editorial calendar, create YouTube SEO materials, generate prompts and AI thumbnails, and prepare publishing workflows with more organization.
Does TubeCalendar automatically publish videos to YouTube?
Yes. TubeCalendar integrates with the YouTube API. After you connect and authorize your channel, the platform can publish or schedule videos directly on YouTube according to your plan, granted permissions and the settings you choose.
Does signing in with Google already connect my YouTube channel?
Not automatically. Google sign-in lets you access your TubeCalendar account. To enable publishing, scheduling and other connected YouTube features, you also need to authorize the channel connection when the platform requests the specific permissions.
Do I need a large channel to use the platform?
No. TubeCalendar can be used by beginner creators, growing channels, content professionals, social media managers, agencies and teams that need a more organized production workflow.
What does artificial intelligence do inside TubeCalendar?

Which features can consume AI credits?
Extra AI credits can be used in individual tools such as ideas, titles, descriptions, tags, score, prompts and thumbnails, always following the consumption rules shown on each tab and inside the Plans and Credits area.
How do I know how many credits each action consumes?
Each AI tab shows a small consumption card at the top of the screen, and the Plans and Credits area gathers the official table for every action. This makes it easy to understand the cost before running the tool.
Are Agency and Agency Max the same plan?
No. Agency and Agency Max are different plans. Agency is focused on the Total Publishing workflow, while Agency Max is focused on Max Production and includes 40 Max Publications per month. Exhausting the Agency Max allowance does not automatically activate Agency as a fallback.
What happens when my monthly Max Publications run out?
When the 40 monthly Max Publications are used, new Max Productions no longer have included allowance. To continue before renewal, you need extra Max Publications; otherwise wait for the monthly renewal. Regular AI credits do not replace Max Publications.
Can I use extra credits in Shorts Max?
Yes, for AI-generated covers. Shorts Max uses your plan’s monthly thumbnail allowance first; while that allowance is available, no extra credits are deducted. After the limit, each additional cover costs 15 extra credits. Shorts Max video analysis and SEO package have no separate debit.
Can Max Publications be converted into AI credits?
No. Max Publications are a dedicated Max Production allowance and are not converted into AI credits. Likewise, regular AI credits do not replace Max Publications. Each balance remains separate so usage stays predictable.
Does the thumbnail generator charge for reading the prompt, generating the prompt and rendering the image?
The visual prompt uses the monthly AI allowance first and costs 5 extra credits after that allowance is exhausted. The image uses the monthly thumbnail allowance first and costs 15 credits per cover after the limit. While the corresponding allowance is still available, no extra credits are deducted for that action.
What is the difference between Agency and Production Max?
Agency also supports the complete publishing workflow, but with more manual participation from the user. Production Max automates almost everything with AI: you upload the video, choose the main settings and the platform prepares the rest of the process until publishing or scheduling.
